Marcus Rashford (Out) | Rashford: “For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps.”

Maybe you don't too. How about you stop being judgmental, jumping to conclusions, and getting annoyed at others for doing the same thing that you are doing - inferring things that fit your own narrative.

Merry Xmas and a happy new year btw.
Maybe I don't what?

Anyway, we are all jumping to conclusions in here, it's just that mine differs... and that's okay right? No narratives and no real annoyance, just my observations based on my lived experience which I would assume is a lot different to many here. We can agree to disagree.... HNY mate

Has anyone heard any recent rumours of where he'd even go? I can't see a top6 team wanting him, so it's most likely he ends up abroadd

The difference here is that you are using your wild speculation to judge and insult people who disagree with you.

It's quite a change of lane for you to come up with such detailed conclusions based on almost no data. You tried to shut down previous conversations you didn't like because they were speculative, yet still had far more available data than you have here.

There is something up with Marcus, and football fans judging him on his performances are entitled to damn him.

I hope he turns it around because as footballers go he's done more good than most.

There might be a scenario where he does deserve our sympathy or he could have downed tools and doesn't give a toss. There are multiple other scenarios of different degrees of both or neither.

But in the meantime time stop being judgemental of posters who don't subscribe to your own entirely hypothetical version of the situation.

Bro I think it's getting pretty apparent that you have a problem with me personally. Yes we have clashed several times a while back but unlike you, I appear to have gotten over it. In every fecking Rashford thread I have agreed with the criticism, I criticise specific things and specific people so is that against the forum rules now? Moses, do us both a favour and get the feck off my back. I see more argumentative, confrontational and rude posts on this forum go by everyday without you going off on them. At this point it feels like you just want me gone, with your repeated threats of banning and generally abrasive tone in any interactions. There are enough mods on this site that you can pop me on ignore and relax in the knowledge that the modding will carry on without you........

All this talk about me pulling shit out of thin air is weird to me when a simple google search would say otherwise.

I barely post on here anymore what more does this guy want ffs

Can only see a loan, with us covering part of his salary, happening.

Thereby not providing a permanent solution, nor freeing up PSR headroom.

Lovely stuff.

I'm afraid where there is a difference of opinion here, ie me asking you to ease up on being judgemental of other posters, and yours, wanting me to ignore your being judgemental, there is only going to be one winner. You should just take heed.

Just hope any deal is sorted as soon as the window opens and doesn't drag on until a few seconds before the deadline.

But this is United so I fully expect the drama to be drawn out for as long as possible to make everyone's life miserable haha.

I’m not very familiar with how PSR works (nor do I agree with it being in place), but you’re saying that getting a portion of the payroll off the books via a loan doesn’t have a positive impact on our current PSR position?

I wonder if Arsenal will try for him. Saka injury makes me think they might try and loan him.
We can't loan anyone from the PL, we already have Neto and Sterling. And even if it was possible i pray every night nobody at the club even thinks about this disgraceful option.

But he's not particularly good on the right. If Martinelli was out maybe.

The loan coverage would improve our PSR. It wouldn't free up as much room as a permanent transfer though.

We need to sell urgently (can’t see to who).

As far as I’m aware from PSR point of view (correct me if wrong). If we got 60 million we could spend 3 x 100 because if we signed 3 players at 100m over 5 years it would be 3 x 20m a season on PSR. The 60 would be covered this year.

I know we won’t/ can’t do this but this is why it’s important to sell, it is in PSR pure profit.

More likely to get 25 to 30 for him if anything unless we can start a Saudi bidding war.

I've seen speculation about PSG but I'm really skeptical. I do wonder if that's just coming from people around Rashford because that link has been around for years and makes no sense.

Him not moving on is a real problem for United. Imagine being a player in the dressing room and seeing this lad swanning about on the most rediculous salary in football and been pretty shit and lazy too. Everything wrong with United right now is for reasons like Rashford’s contract and actual ability.

And yet on all metrics except pressing he is our best striker..

He has scored a few more goals than the most useless United front line ever. Hardly an accolade. If you don’t see the benefit of moving him on and replacing him with a better player both easily and cheaply then fair enough, but him going is the clear obvious decision for the club.

Go get some fresh air Marcus. Spend a bit of time with family.
Reminds me of Alan Partridge talking about one of his successful ventures

And "Skirmish", a military-based quiz show on digital cable channel UK Conquest that has the largest audience share for a digital channel at that time of day in the Norfolk area.

He’s obsessed with his image. More effort into that than his performances.

Yeah but even that’s started to slip. You wasn’t seeing him in New York dressed like a local pimp or seeing stories of him missing training whilst out on the piss in Ireland when the school lunches was happening

Love the fact that some people just can't get over the fact that yes, he isn't close to being good enough but neither is anyone else in our attacking line. So he's the best of a bad bunch but considering Ineos failure, that's our best option.

I'm just playing devils advocate since other of our attackers is equally bad or even worse..
