Got a feeling, it's a win today maybe a scrappy lucky win, but a win. I can see us creating not many chances but taking them. Or I'm just hoping or joking.
You are hoping, mate. I am past that stage. We have no fuel in our tanks, so it will be a double decker bus parked in front of Deano. Our only hope will be long balls which Rashford is very unlikely to do something about. I expect a routine win for City without sweating much.

It's one of those games that yeah great if we win but it'll oddly just make me angrier in some ways about all the shite performances lately. We could win this and I'd go into the game against West Ham with no greater confidence that we'll beat them.

I know it's practically the only option with Pogba out but McFred being the starting pair in every big six game has killed us.

Honestly with Fred's performances I would have considered just going for Matic but of course that makes its own issues with workrate when city have the ball

Id have all 3 for this and sacrifice Cavani from last starting line up. We will need to pack the midfield. Give Scoott license to bomb forward when chance arises

Feel like we need a Cavani here. The forward line is bereft of any kind of ‘alpha’ player otherwise. They could do some damage but they’ll have to be fully switched on, which is a big ask at the moment

McFred fit and firing this afternoon is literally the only thing preventing City from rolling right over us.

The McFred partnership is like a running joke and I don't get why. They're quality players if a little limited in the attacking department.

It's fine with injuries. It has cost us when Pogba was fit as those attacking limitations kills our ability to well attack.

They have been the starting pair in every top six game this season and we haven't scored an open play goal.

Not heard anything about cavani being out. I think he will play martial ahead of him though.

Surprised about Martial. I would prefer Greenwood to start as a striker, but lets see how it goes.

Martial was great in this fixture last year. Hopefully he'll be again. James starting on the other hand, bleeds my eyes.

Gonna be a hard watch today.....I’m getting the beers in nice and early to take the edge of what will be a long 90 mins today.....
