Pretty simple. Make one or couple predictions for 2025 and this time next year we will see who was spot on and who missed whole football.

Note: i will quote you at the end of next year so be careful:)

I will start:
1. We will win EL
2. Arsenal will sign Rashford
3. United will have Christmas party again

My predictions for 2025.

1. United will not win any trophies.
2. United will finish bottom half in the league this season and will also end the year in the bottom half. Hopefully closer to 10th than 20th.
3. Amorim will be gone the end of the year.
4. We will get rid of a lot of "deadwood", e.g. Rashford, Shaw, Casemiro, Eriksen, but they will be replaced by more future (but not quite as expensive) deadwood.

As it’ll be a bit of fun and maybe a laugh in a years time…

  • New stadium announcement with 95k capacity worth £2.5bn, involving a significant sponsor name prefixed to the ‘Old Trafford’ name
  • Rashford out on loan in January then outright sold in summer
  • Zirkzee sold back to Italy in summer
  • Casemiro goes to Saudi in summer
  • Eriksen back to Ajax for encore season
  • Garnacho sold to fund squad reinvestment, leading to major thread debating who was for keeping and who was for selling him
  • Finish the season 9th-12th but finish season strongly and looking like a coherent team
  • Go unexpectedly far in Europa League but don’t win it
  • Bruno to be the next earmarked high profile departure come Christmas 2025 with him leaving in 2026
  • Chido Obi and Sekou Kone to be fully promoted to the first team by end of 2025

1. United will finish in the league's bottom half this season.
2. Rashford will sign for Arsenal and hopefully help stop Liverpool from winning the league.
3. Amorim will be sacked before December 2025
4. Pochettino will be our manager
5. Højlund and Šeško will swap clubs.

I think the Rashford to Arsenal one could very well happen.

We win the Europa League

We'll win at least one match.

We'll draw at least one match.

We'll lose at least one match.

In January we will strengthen. We will finish the 24-25 season between 8 and 12th. We will strengthen agin in the summer At the end of 2025 we will be in the top 3. I have faith in Amorin

From most to least likely:
  • Ruben Amorim will lose his hair so that he can fulfil his potential as our new báld fraud
  • We'll be linked heavily with Florian Wirtz, he'll then sign for City and be completely useless but somehow manage a hattrick againt us at OT
  • Rashford will leave and instantly find his 2022 form
  • Antony will score a goal

I think he's past that point and has done that snazzy thing footballers do where they get transplants, no? I think some of the Portuguese posters here posted some before and after photos.

  • United will sign four teenage footballers
  • United will sign four 20-23 year olds
  • United will sign three top established players
  • We'll see twelve first team players leave the club
  • This season United will have a resurgence and finish 7th
  • United will look better next season than any season post 2012-2013
  • Amorim will demand a football-focused pre-season
  • Amorim will sign a longer contract in October

No matter what the stupid media say United won't come close to been relegated this season.

Amorim will have us in the top 4 this time next year.

Rashford will be sold and whoever buys him will regret it.

Glazers will sell their remaining shares to Ineos.

Everyone will be feeling better about the direction the club is going than they are now.

We will end the season being content with the playing style and can see a brighter future ahead

The slide will continue.

People will realise Ratcliffe is a spoofer.

Amorim outted a Portuguese version of ETH.

Loads of shiny new players signed who turn out to be crap.

We drift towards becoming relegation fodder.

Fans get pissed off and finally grow a pair.

1) Utd to finish 7-13th in the league, with a uptick in form towards the end of the season.
2) Somehow fluke the Europa to get CL football for next season. This along with the uptick with 1, papers over the cracks.
3) Fail to sell the deadwood in the Summer. As a result, they will be hanging around next year or only on loan with multiple discussions on what a waste of money they were.
4) Spend £150m+ in Summer and in the first three months of the 2025-26 season come to the conclusion most are deadwood/not much of an upgrade on the last set of deadwood.
5) Towards the end of 2025 Utd are floating around the 6-11th mark in the league and have been clowned a couple of times in the CL.

Diogo Dalot will score a goal of the season contender. We will be reminded of this by commentators after each of his following 426 shots balloons into the heavens.

Ruben Amorim's fashion sense will deteriorate to dangerous levels, a brief flirtation with polka dots signalling his growing frustrations at Old Trafford.

Joshua Zirkzee will score from a scorpion kick in the midst of a run of form that proves all of you miserable bastards wrong.

All teams before Manchester United shall fall.

I'm too depressed to think of predictions but I think Amorim will be sacked in 2025.

Ineos are absolute cnuts so I think they'll take the cheaper option of sacking Amorim rather than investing in the players he needs, and they have a track record of sacking managers on a regular basis in Nice.

Amorim will be sacked and United will be the first ever club to have an AI manager.
Diogo Dalot will be the first ever player to send a football into space.

We'll be in a relegation battle.
There will be some sort of scandal involving one of our players.
There will be some sort of scandal involving the club management.
There will be some sort of scandal involving the stadium or staff.
We will be docked points for some financial violation.
Oh, and nobody wants Rashford so he's forced to stay and we end up letting him back into the squad after he shows a slightly better attitude. He's still shit.

Everyone good this season will be sht next season.
Onana will keep letting in goals
Rashford will go on loan
Garnacho will come back into the fold then fk up again
We will continue to buy kids and wonder why their form is up and down
An academy player will be the next great hope
City will get a slap on the wrist and nothing much comes of it

-This season will end with no trophies (duh) and, just as importantly, no place in Europe for next season
-In the summer we will sign a few players and none of them will be good enough
-By next Christmas we'll be languishing in the bottom half and Amorim will find coal in his stocking

Finish 9/10th but the last few weeks we will see a lot better performance on the pitch.

After a proper pre season we will kick off with 8 new players. 6 not at the club as of today along with 2 of the 8 stepping up from the youth.

By this time next season we will be 3rd/4th within 5 pts of first. We will be aiming to not share our perch with Liverpool

The SAF stand will be re-named the SJR stand.
Roof of said stand will collapse.
Ground broken for the new INEOS stadium. Hundreds of locals de-housed.
Statue of Malcolm Glazer commissioned to have pride of place in new ground.
Amorim takes over at Elland Road. Leeds promoted.
Pep signs Rashford who backheels City's winning goal at Old Trafford.

I've seen more than enough good things about Amorim to give him plenty of time to fix the issues with this team but it feels like he's destined to be sacked sometime in 2025 by an impatient Ratcliffe after we finish up somewhere between 10th and 15th.

Marcus Rashford will go on loan to one of the North London clubs and much of next summer will be spent trying to find a buyer at a significantly cut price value.

The decision on the plans for the stadium will be delayed.

We'll finish 9th or 10th and trophyless but next season we will be much much better. That's all i've got.

Rashford will still be at the club end of 2025, no one willing to buy.
