Just wanted to let all of you know that my son's wish to meet Brett Favre and see him play was granted. I wish he was more of a united Fan so we could have come back to england and see the mighty reds play at OT but He likes The Packers for some reason.

Green Bay and Lambeau Field are legendary in American football so it should be fun for him.

We will be picked up by a stretch limo on thursday and jetted out from Orlando Florida to Greenbay. Meet the team and Brett on Friday during practice, Have a bit of lunch and whatever other suprise they have for him.

Sunday they play the skins and then we jet back on Monday.

If there is a UK version of the Make A wish foundation I urge all of you to support if you can either by volunteering or monetarily.

Take care..

Good for you its a great program for children.

That's great news for your son and your family and I'm certain Favre will be everything and more as a gracious, fun, iconic sports hero for the lad.

I hope you all have a fantastic day!

Nice to see, looks like you had a great time.

Wonderful photo's mate, looks like he had a great time. Fancy not forcing him to love and only love United eh! :)

I think Make A Wish does extend to the UK actually, sure I knew someone who managed to visit the Nou Camp in Barcelona through it. Great charity

He loves United but we had to leave england when he was stable enough to travel. he was born in England (cambridge) and he is a red through and through but it was just something about the packers that makes him go nuts.

he still gets up early with me to see the united games on the tele
Hes our good luck charm. Never lost when hes watched a game.

My other son thats a different question. Named him after Giggsy but everytime it seems he watching United with me something strange happens.

I still love him though.:devil::lol:

Make a wish foundation is an excellent charity and one I support immensely.

Delighted to see you were looked after.

In the UK - Kay Burley off Sky News is one of personalities behind the charity and information can be found at - www.make-a-wish.org.uk
