don't be silly
you pick and choose your evidence like the west midlands serious crime division
yes, there is apparently a significant number of posters on certain other websites with all the maturity and perspective of a six year old
these knobends were wrong when they believed that our good run would last forever, and they're equally wrong now when they act like a bad run is the end of the world
but there are other fans who've consistently maintained that we are only halfway through gerard houllier's "five year plan" and that we need to patient and not expect too much too soon
and you are being hypocritical and dishonest when you act as if these are the same set of people with a major bipolar disorder
oh, and about that five year plan? there was never any announcement of a "plan" as such. but houllier did say when he took over that he thought it would take five years to build a team that could challenge consistently for the league title. this is where the "five year plan" come from
last year, houllier and many lfc fans (me included) said that we were punching above our weight and that while it was pleasing, it shouldn't be seen as some sort of false dawn
even when we were top of the league, houllier said (at the lfc agm) that we were over-performing (in terms of results and league placing) and that it was inevitable that the team would get "worse before it got better"
if you want to laugh at lfc (and i can see why you would), at least stick to the morons who do run hot and cold and recognise that we're not all the same
