Happy for Sylven Landesberg. I have known about him since he was in high school. Him and Lance Stephenson used to have battles back in high school.
First time in a long while a team with no former NBA guys won the Euroleague. Maccabi were definitely the underdogs in the Final Four.
Less than half the budget of Real and CSKA too. Real bottling it twice in a row as clear favourites. The fans played a huge part. For Maccabi it was like playing at home. I guess it was similar to Olympiakos last season.
