Any Caftards subscribe to it? I'm currently on a month's free trial and am already on my 4th rental (I'm doing the £19 per month option where you can have 3 Blu Ray/games at any one time).

I can't believe it's taken me this long to even consider the service - it's fantastic IMO.

I bet it takes an age for new games to be posted though i.e. games like MW or FIFA 12 on release day?

I'm on the cheapest option of 2 discs per month for £4. It's a decent service but they don't get the films from Universal studios and their streaming is shit imo. Used to be on the games package but it would take too long for the games to come, not worth the extra money.

I don't use the streaming. I'm also renting games that I wouldn't buy i.e. stuff like Deus Ex, Test Drive 2, F1 2010.

Aye, been on it for a year its great.

Currently on the £15 a month package which gives me two games/movies at a time, unlimited number of times in a month.

Its a tad bit annoying though when you want to rent a TV series since they count a 'disc' as a singal rental, so you end up having to rent around 4 separate discs to watch one season of a series. Though until NetFlix becomes available in the UK its probably the best available service.

Personally, the delivery hasn't be too bad for me. Would usually get my discs 2 days after sending my last ones back.

Yep I'm renting Season 4 of Dexter and having to wait for Disk 2 now.

But I agree, postage has been quick thus far.

Just went back on it recently for 3 months for the price of 1 as I've had endless free trials on it. Good stuff, but i'll eventually take forever to watch things and stuff though, so I cancel.

Signed up to this ages ago but in June there I rang to cancel my membership as I rarely used it. After spending some time listening to the reductions they could make me etc I finally just said I wanted to cancel and assumed that was that. I just noticed yesterday that they had billed me for the month of August, so I tried to log on last night and lo & behold I was able to, even seeing my next billing date.

I'm going to give them a ring here shortly to cancel again, is it unreasonable to expect them to refund August and July's bills?

Yeah I've heard they are a nightmare to quit - but like the fags and women ;)

When you say 'reductions', did you try and cancel and they offered to keep you on same package yet lower monthly fee?

I had it for a while, I found that after a few months the service went downhill. Wrong films came and the delivering time dropped off as well. In the end I cancelled it and then got netflix a few months later.

Yea the same package at a lower fee.

I'm cancelling this soon as well, was going to do it on the day before the billing date but might give them a ring tomorrow instead. Tempted to get Sky Movies instead but not sure if that will be worth it.
