Lost season 3

Now then, i'm a year or two behind with the Lost business. Watched the 1st two series on tv and then got sidetracked after a few episodes from season 3. Now since Sunday i've watched all 23 episodes of season 3 and a back 'into' it.

My question is this, without spoiling it is it worth me buying the series 4 boxset?

By that I mean does the whole thing carry on being as good or is it downhill from here?

Its about 40 notes to buy so am not too sure whether to do it or not.

Oh and this may well have been discussed previously - but that Juliet bird is well fit!!
 
`Season 3 is IMO the worst one so if you enjoyed 3 then you will love season 4 and shag the feck out of what we have so far seen in season 5.

If you think you could watch the whole of season 4 in a few days then rent it, if not then buy it, you wont regret it.
 
Season 4 and 5 (so far) are brilliant.

Must watch.

I like the sound of that! I did enjoy season 3, probably more so because I watched it within a few days. I can probably see how if you waited aweek for each episode you could be dissapointed.

I'm going to try Blockbusters tonight then and see if they have series 4, it took some work watching 23 episodes over a few days - about hours of tv to sit through.

These people are right. Season 3 was the point when I thought Lost was running out of ideas. Season 4 was very good, and the beginning of Season 5 has been fantastic.

This is the kind of response I'd hoped I'd get in this thread and all of you have said the same. Seemed to be on the out at the end of series 3 only to be brilliant in series 4.

Can't wait.
 
Right, watched the first 4 episodes of season 4 last night and i'm nack to being majorly confused!

It's much better now it's got away from introducing the others, and the story seems much more interesting.

Looking forward to finding out why they're claimimg only 8 survived, why its so far only showed you Hurley, Kate and Jack back to real life and why Kate seems to have taken responsibility of the baby!

I'll be right up to date by the weekend at this rate!
