Nah, not a record, I promoted a French bloke after only one post a year or so back just to piss off a bunch of Newbies that were moaning about the length of their incarceration.
Lord Cisse being a Villain was something of a novelty and MF has vouched for him as a decent bloke so he was let in to try and balance the fans of other teams we have on board.
