The man can play equally well as a left winger, a link man and a striker and had already caught the attention of several clubs including Valencia, Arsenal and Juventus.

He's not free yet. If Lazio don't pay him his full salary or the two sides settle somehow, he will be in a couple of weeks.

There are many free/cheap & very good players this summer - Lopez, Cafu & Rustu are free, & Kluivert on £1.5 mil, just to name a few.

Question is - does Fergie want them?
