It depends on the event and the country by the looks of it.
The High Jump had a decent calibre to it but one of the races earlier suffered noticeably due to the absence of the Ethiopian and Kenyan athletes.

Yeah that was disappointing. Hopefully he'll be fit for the World Championships.
The 4x100m relay was pretty cool. Odd the three guys in Jamaica Adidas outfits and Bolt in a random Puma one. Hell of a time though for a makeshift team.
