Planning permission if anything.... not cash.... there was a lot of support from the anti-move campaign within the council, who funnily enough are mainly bluenoses.

Not cash eh?
What's this I hear LFC needing money Softy? I was sure you said LFC and Mr Moores had more than enough money....seems you were wrong as GMAC have given a £20 million loan to LFC.
<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

It is interesting to note Softy that NO planning application has been made to date regading Anfield - sod all to do with the councillors!

General Motors are trying to get into financing European Football - they have loaned us and Real (who also don't really need the money)on a very low interest rate as an attempt to get into that market. Liverpool did not seek the loan, it was offered, unlike POOR old Leeds.

Happy holidays.

So why did they take it IF it was not really needed? More bullshit from the Softy keyboard.

You seem to think some planning application has been put forward about your ground....it hasn't!

Marching, stop it. Don't you know by now that Softlad ain't ever wrong - and if he is, h will just deny whatever he's said.... ;)

Real Madrid need it to build training facilities and more in your league GMAC have loaned Notts County money too ;)

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> I know CE - With him having all this inside information at various clubs I must say I was a bit suprised he did not tell us about all this before.
He is a TiT

He didn't have time, he was busy arguing with Fowler's Dad whether or not young Fowler had been offered a contract by Liverpool or not.... ;)

English Heritage have objected to the ground move as it's designated park space in an inner city environment - feck all to do with money Shaun. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> Clueless.

No cos it's only been put through planning committees.... <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

Then it gets approved via residents groups, etc.... <img src="graemlins/houllier.gif" border="0" alt="[Houllier]" />

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> Shame LFC were not bright enough to realise that earlier....still any business taking on loans when they don't really need them is obviously not too bright is it?
Perhaps you should approach them for an advosors job Softhead...or is that their problem? You are already advising them
:D

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> How long does it take a few scousers to get this sorted...just how long ago was it first suggested to move?
LFC & Softy = clueless

But then again Softlad, with your problems filling the current wee ground, you hardly need a bigger one eh?

fat head gives his usual intelligent reply

R A Softlad, can Liverpool ever do anything wrong?

After Fowler left you made excuses that Liverpool did the right thing.

When they lost to Chelsea you insisted they shouldn't have lost.

Now you say Liverpool can afford a ground they clearly can't?

<img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" /> Don't forget he also knew days before Robbie signed for us that it was going to happen....he just forgot to mention to us

...the gm story is wrong! it was only mentioned in some bloody sunday paper. the truth is that gm has given liverpool NOTHING!!! as for the stadium issue, most fans are against such a move, and would prefer an expanded anfield, which would increase revenues while at the same time not burdening the club with an enormous debt.

Why do you need a bigger stadium, you have problems getting more than 35k in games these days?

...we need room for the all glory-hunters who jump off your bandwagon @ the end of this season.

God has spoken <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />
I thought you believed everything that appeared in the bloody sunday papers
I was told by Softhead that there were 15,000 on the waiting list - if that's the case a 55,000 seater ground is not going to satisfy demand is it?

thats why its not viable. why build a 70k stadium when you're struggling to fill the old 40k one?

Part timers the lot of you <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

And on that note I think Softy has left the room

60,000 plus in the second division, not bad for 'prawn sandwich eaters'

can we please get back to talking about racist thugs and a club that has mortgaged its future to indulge the ego of its current owner?

...so two posters on kraptalk post something and all of the sudden it's regarded as the gospel truth? and marching, what would you know about glory? what has your team of thugs actually won (apart from the support of the BNP and KKK)?

excuse me? woodgate was convicted over the najeib assault. bowyer was convicted over the mcdonalds incident

plenty of proof there that at least two of your players are legally deemed to be thugs

besides, are we talking criminal or civil court? the civil standard of proof is "on the balance of probabilities", which is why bowyer will end up losing any civil action that goes the distance

you're nothing but an apologist for a pair of racist thugs and a team of professional dirty bastards.

You are excused!
Woody was found guilty of affray which basically meant he chased someone - nothing else!
Bowyer has one conviction for affray and was found completely innocent of all charges in this case so therefore he did not even join in the chase.
Hardly the crimes of the century are they...there have been many conferssions on here to worse than that you moron. Grow up face the facts and move on.
No doubt the Najeibs will get their blood money and I hope they enjoy it - it's cost them a lot to get it!
