Happy New Year All!

An Ausy Man Utd fan and his missus came over to party with us at New Year. After mucho effort I got them both (and myself) into the NYD Sunderland game.

What a way to mark a lifetimes ambition. I was praying for a memorable match for them, but couldnt have written that script.

They went back to London to see some family and will return home with a great memory (not to mention a few less brain cells!)

It was great to see them both blown away by Old Trafford and the whole setup. Things like that come along every noew and again to remind you what our great club is all about.

Now I just have to get us over to Cairns to enjoy their hospitality :)

Lucky for you we won't be playing a test match in Oz for a long time - imagine if they got you a ticket for one of them - another dream you'd fulfilled for them - watching an ashes test with a pom (even though they are the poms of course).

Hi my wife and I from Aussie just did the dream too, saw 2 games at old trafford, nov vs southampton and dec vs west ham. I can only say that being there changed my opinion, Man Utd is everything people say, I doubt we will get back there but around 50 photos, stadium and museum tour with Travelcare, and a glass picture frame (night game 50 pounds)which was a trip in itself getting it from Manc back to Sydney in 1 piece. Travelcare were fantastic in their service, 99 pounds but great hotel, big brekkie and NO DRAMAS. To all out there if u can do the trip, you will never forget it. Thanks Darren

You can never beat standing in the old stretty end IMO. ;)

Sounds amazing, my wife and I are making the trip in March to hopefully see Fulham.
