I think this could be a great money spinner, charge £500 a head so no riff raff can't get on the pitch. Let a group of of about 80 stand around the penalty box to watch the pens up close

FIFA send me the money by PayPal ta.

500 * 80 = great idea to bring football and fans back together

Plus rule change everygame ends in a penalty shoot out for an extra point

YouTube idiots and Salt Bae stood around the penalty area, great idea.

Advert breaks between each penalty, but the ads are promoted by the penalty takers.

"This penalty is sponsored by Claims Direct."

*Hits the bar*

No need for penalties at all. If the scores are level after extra time, the team with the most instagram followers goes through.

I don't like the underlying idea that poor people cause problems because they are poor

Fun idea nonetheless

Let's be honest, most people in prison are poor. If that doesn't say it all then I don't know what does.

Poverty is a choice.

Not only is this an awesome idea, i think it doesn't go far enough. The fans should be given darts they can throw at the players, also they should be naked and in clown get up. Also allowed to high five/hug keepers and celebrate with the players

How does that work?

Incredible idea, what could possibly go wrong? Let the English be the first to try it since they’re a shining example of how supporters should act.

How long would you have to wait for your refund to be processed if the game didn't go to penalties?

Nah don't like this idea.

I think it would be better to let the fans take the penalties. Just a random pick on the night.

A sort of "if you cnuts can't score after 120 minutes, someone else else deserves a go"

Imagine the heros that would be born from this. Some random 40 year old never has to buy a drink in his life again because he banged in the winning pen for England.
