By the way if you're referring to him taking 4-5 touches before releasing the ball every time last game then that's on Ole. A player doesn't go from playing 1-2 touch week in week out to suddenly taking 5 touches, that was clearly tactical to slow the game down & was the wrong approach in my opinion but Matic isn't the manager.

100% this. It only works for Chelsea because they have Marcos Alonso who is more of a midfielder than defender anyway & Reece James who is a very attack minded fullback.
