It looks likely that Dacourt will get his wish and move to Italy - probably a loan deal to start with to Roma.

Fowler probably is not going anywhere.

Bowyer is unlikely to join Birmingham - despite the desperate Blues promising a chauffered limo to take him from his new home in London to the games and back.

I noticed...you also managed to put it in the wrong forum and failed to notice an already established topic on Fowler.

This one is for ALL Leeds related transfers and speculation.

Got it?

The forum home page says that the football forum is to be used "For all football talk not related to United".

So you also seem to have chosen the wrong forum.

Unless the mods mean Leeds United when thay say United....

I wouldn't mind either. <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

Can't believe I just said that - I loathed Robbie Fowler once.

me too, i just think he has 5 great yrs left in him. If he came to us i could see him returning to his old self very quickly. Whenever he plays he scores goals, hes even got 2 for Leeds despite on recently returning.

DACOURT EXIT MOVES CLOSER
by Graham Walker

OLIVIER Dacourt's proposed move to Roma could be concluded before the end of the week, with the Italian side keen for him to play at the weekend.
Dacourt agreed terms with the Serie A side last Friday, and is now waiting for Roma and Leeds United to agree a fee that would most likely allow the 27-year-old French midfielder to move to the Olympic Stadium on loan with a view to a permanent move in the summer.

Capped by France for the first time during his time at Elland Road, Dacourt has made it clear that he sees his future away from Elland Road, and following a public falling out with manager Terry Venables after making inappropriate comments in a French magazine, he was unlikely to play for Venables again.

The Italians must now reach an agreement with Leeds and with director Franco Baldini on his way to Elland Road to finalise the details, Fabio Capello expects Dacourt to play in next weekend's clash with Chievo.

Capello said: "He's a player that I have always liked, and his style will allow him to quickly fit into the Italian league.

"I would like to have him in the side for our match next Sunday."
