There's dozens of employees at the football club who could know the team - and each employee may tell close family members or friends.
I think it's more likely the leaker isn't a player paid millions a year, more likely a poorly paid employee, or a friend who wants to make a little money by selling info.

It was pretty much identical to my educated guess.
Groundsmen, kitmen, kitchen staff, masseurs, drivers, admin/pay roll staff, social media staff, cleaners, security guards and many more.
All who could either potentially: view training, get a glimpse of a team sheet, over hear a conversation, or simply ask players "you playing tomorrow mate? Need to pick my fantasy team?".
Not a chance any of them will have that information. It’s not something you can hear accidentally, only players and first team coaches could know the team a day in advance (and often even they don’t know).
Mainoo was rested in EL so I’m surprised if he doesn’t start in this game. If he is going to be benched, I expected he should have start on Thursday night. This lineup is probably false.
