Hi Baz,
We've looked at the image, and unfortunately it's too big. The only way to cut it is to lose three of the letters. Obviously just removing 'OUT' would leave 'BAZ DINES' which doesn't really make sense.
So, it looks like you're going to lose the D, the N and the E, leaving 'BAZ IS OUT' which actually seems more appropriate.

Would be better to remove the N, S, O, U and T and then switching the two remaining words around to be honest.
