Just watched it, horrible pilot and the Hoff only had a 2 minute long scene...
It's terrible... and Hoff isn't drunk.
It was rubbish. But then again, the original is only good because of nostalgia.

I was really hoping they'd show the Hoff drive off in the original KITT.
If it becomes a series - and it seems there's a good chance of that - I'm sure there'll be plenty of storylines involving the original series. and I hope it'll have plenty of Hasselhoff. For me, he's still the heartbeat of the show. The original KITT will surely have to make an appearance at some point.

The acting is abysmal to the highest order, the director should be shot otherwise MEAN MACHINE, need to get one of those for myself one day.

Well, you might not have liked the pilot, but they still made a series out of it. First episode last week was ok, second episode this week was good. It's got potential, even if it will never be as good as the original (TV will never be REALLY good again with all the reality crap).

I watched a couple of the early eps and nothying really to say other than nice hot chics. Beyond that the show is pretty bad. I saw one where the car changed to a truck and then a jeep and then a sports car and then.....

I wish Knight Rider could be as good as the original, but as I said before, I just think TV in general has changed for the worse, and it's not coming back. So for me the current Knight Rider is actually quite good (compared with what you get these days). Shame it's only three episodes away from the end of the season, and inevitable cancellation.
