They could of just not played it if they are that bothered about it being a popular song.
I hate bands who get like that.
Funny as feck that they had the sack to do it though.
Whooosh?!?
Could anyone explain this? I understand that they're playing badly on purpose, I just don't understand why.
It's probably because they are frustrated that many of their fans are representative of the modern microwave music fan - or at least that's how they may perceive it so they're playing the song bad on purpose, almost as if to say "I wonder will these gimps even notice or care how bad we play the song they all love to love".
Ya know.....a good 50% of the audience only going berserk when one of the most played songs of 2008 / 2009 is performed. You can see by his face he's thinking "Ah for the love of God we have more than 1 song!"
They problem miss the old days when things were more pure, and their fans loved the songs that the band also loved playing but hey.....you make your bed you lay in it.
The power of the internet takes another victim!
You just can't believe anything you see or hear these days. Although you're probably right about what he is thinking.
I just posted it.I'm sorry, I've literally just logged into this thread. Do you care to explain what some of us are missing out on ?
I just posted it.
Are you sure you've watched the video I posted?
The spoof is brilliantly done, though.
Yeah I've seen that, but DouLou is telling me (and a few others) that things are "Whooshing" over our heads and that the "power of the internet" has taken another victim.
On the side, I just want to point out that the word "Whooosh," it's origin and it's sole purpose / intent is completely and utterly bound to the power of the internet. A little ironic don't you think.
Lol didn't mean to agitate you mate! I was just waiting for the penny to drop!
To clarify. The joke in the thread is that the first video is an edited parody, right?
I've got the admit, if that's so, then it's brilliantly done. It actually seems like they're playing that badly.
