Was absolute shit at Melbourne Victory last season. Completely rubbish, like, as in he couldn't really dominate at any level against extremely limited opponents.

Look I'll be honest I don't like Harry Kewell one bit. I think he's a pompus arrogant feckwit but this whole thing is a mask for being a washed up nuffy and not really feeling the A-League as somewhere he can keep his development high enough for the Brazil world cup.
Fair play a sick family member and all that but to leave your home town after vowing to the fans that you've come to give back to Australian football. After a less than mediocre stint in which you whinged your ass off at the refs the entire season. Had two incidents of mouthing off to the media about you not being happy about the club and then finally leaving cause your wife's in-law is sick. He's 3 years away from the scrap heap.

Well the Galatasaray fans loved him when he played for them for a good 3 years not too long ago, albeit the Turkish league is not up to a very high standard but he did put in some pretty impressive performances.
I doubt he can offer any Premier League clubs much though, perhaps the championship would be more suited to him.
He was technically on another level in the A-League. But as far as fitness goes he was a step below a lot of the players so they would crowd him and put him under pressure during the game and he'd show flashes of brilliance. It was that technical ability holding him above water.
Inconsistency was his problem. That and whinging at the ref every 50/50 call he made.
