Did anyone see the shot of Keano & Blanc in the crowd last night sharing a joke & laughing their heads off?
Doesnt seem to me to be a Keane who's been potrayed as uptight etc Seemed to be very relaxed. That and his comments recently about being more calm when he makes his comeback, says to me that we're going to see a better Keano when he comes back. Sounds like he's got his head in order.

Harmony in the camp. stick that in your pipe Daily Mirror. :D

From what I've gathered, Keano has always been a fairly easy going, friendly bloke around friends and family, it's only cocky amateurs on the pitch that get him going.

But yeah, it could also be a sign of things to come!

I saw it. I had to do a double take, Larry looks like a French novelist with those specs on ;)

They'll be bringing out a Keane Doll next. One that smiles sweatly all the time.

They've already got one in the Megastore! The PLC don't miss a trick! :D I know what I'm getting for Christmas ;)

depends on what you meant by a 'better' keano!! Keano was only 'protrayed' as a hard man by the ABU media. Even if he is, he's NEVER a dirty or tricky player (unlike some Arse players and the like!). Even his desire to win gets into his head, he applies it with cool head unless in situation where he's hard done by and unfairly treated. If in the sense that he can avoid being booked as he learns not to be provoked so easily, it's a good thing. Otherwise, i dont think he needs to change at all in or out of the pitch!

I thought he looked more like Inspector gadget myself

i read an interview with giggs recently (at the official site?) about how keane would be joking around with pallistar...and it's obvious the media portray a certain bad boy roy keane to get publicity and all...i mean "keane cracks a joke with blanc" really isn't going to get headlines when mccarthy is still whinning "keano says cuss words"

Any problems with them? I've been thinking of getting them. I tried once before but I kept forgetting to take em out at night and I wake up thinking I was blind with God awful pains in my eyes -- and then they were terrible to keep clean -- they got 'calcium spots" whatever that is and so I threw them away.
