The Sun said a while ago that keane was to be sold to Leeds for 15 million + (rumour mill in official site) which most people would dismiss out of hand. However when you keep seeing saf building up Butt and with players like stewart and Fletcher to come through the ranks I wonder if it is such a stupid statement. It could also give SAF the chance to fit Veron into his central midfield. My feeling is that it is crap but has anybody else given it any thought.

There are some people in the far east who are doing rather well without Roy Keane right now. Surname Keane is important but Roy is less decisive.

As I have said recently if Roy Keane was in Japan Ireland would be top with 6 points.The Irish team have lived up tomy expectations,they have played very well ,very proud of them but with the best allround footballer in world football on the team,we would have been a good bet for the quarters or semis or even further.Ah well..
