Saying Keane in new dispute with fa over ban and fine. fa say deadline for appeal has passed. Keane has a letter saying deadline is nov 8th Fa are investigating

he should have kept quiet.. if the ban does start a week late then we'll miss him for the Arse game too should his appeal not find any favours.

but it is possible, leading up the appeal date Keane was away on holidays and Fergie said he didn't hear anything from Keane and so assumed there would be no appeal..
