Just got an X Box

So, what do I need to but etc? It's the Elite console so I know that means it has high memory but I don't know muhc about it because it was a present so I've done no research. What games should I buy, I got fifa with it? What's the craic with playing games on the internet, do I have to pay for a subscription?

Any advice would be appreciated as I actually know feck all about them.
 
you should have a month or 2 for free with the console. But after that it is €60 a year to play online.

Modern warfare 2 goes without saying for an online game. If you have mates who also own the same you will love it.
 
It's a cable that connects to your wireless ones, with a rechargeable battery pack. Makes a lot more sense.
 
I've just ordered an Xbox elite with four games for £189 from play.com

I already have a ps3 (since June 2007) and yesterday bought second hand copies of Ratchett & Clank : Crack in time and killzone 2.

I reckon I'm about to get the best of both worlds as I will shortly have gears of war 1 & 2; Mass effect, Fable II and Halo:ODST to get my teeth into.

Not enough hours in the day though sadly.
