Well, it's not going to rise very high then is it as Nigeria will only play in one more match.

I don't think you should go out buying players because of the world cup, those who've been playing in shite leagues excel here whereas those in the european top leagues that also play in the champions league are starting to get tired and are playing below their best standard.

No, it's not a knee jerk reaction - he's been outstanding for Nigeria since he broke into the first team

It should be a concurrent thingy

We just need one more striker and he doesn't need to be an established star, a promising youngster will do just fine.

Theres already a few posts about this guy, they're a few days old though.

I agree, he would be ideal, cheap too. No doubt about it, we need another option up front, pace/creativity. Without it we will not win anything. With a bad defence we still have a chance.

Duff would be my first realistic choice, then Agahowa.

Ronaldo would be my dream, then Cisse. Totti would be too.
