Up for sale apparently to raise funds for Kane.

Not a chance Bayern sell him, he's far too important. They'll sell Goretzka instead.

There are now several outlets reporting the same. But it is yet another terrific non-United model of selling players - buy young players (was it from Stuttgart or Leipzig), get the most out of them for 6/7 years and sell them when the stocks are still very high. Even in Kimmich's case, if they had held on for another two years, he would be north of 30 years, and the current valuation halved to around 35m.
(Assuming they sell him)

Let's wing it.

3 2 3 2 formation in possession

Gk: Onana
Cb: Varane-Martinez-Shaw
Dm: Casemiro-Kimmich
Mid: Antony-Fernandes-Mount
St: Hojlund-Rashford

Antony and Mount dropping back out of possession

He isn't leaving though, and if he does it'll be somewhere like Liverpool

Allegedly Tuchel is interested in Tchouameni from Real Madrid. The press is speculating a sale of Kimmich could finance Tchouameni.

Don't think there is much truth in these rumors. Just click bait.

Absolute dream signing but Bayern would be crazy to sell him. He receives a lot of recognition as a DM but his ability on the ball, his intelligence in dictating tempo, and his competitive nature is very underrated IMO.

The real masterstroke would be signing him and selling a RB and having Kimmich fill that role (while also covering for Case). He’s a brilliant footballer and would be elite in that inverted fullback role.

Never going to happen though.
Isn't he apparently opposed to playing rb recently?

Good player.

If he's available, you'd have to be an absolute idiot not to at least consider it.

What are you dribbling about this is never going to happen. It’s not that boring a window that we have to make this level of crap up

Unfortunate timing if true. If Kane's contract was up this summer instead of next, Bayern would've been in for him last season and we wouldn't have to go through the whole dance with De Jong because Kimmich would've been a more than decent alternative.

Guys, Bayern is not selling Kimmich.

They are expectd to add a 6 since Kimmich is no DM. Hence the rumors about listening to offers for Goretzka.

First of all, Bayern won't sell Kimmich. Second, if we should've learnt one thing over the last couple of decades it is that Bayern only sell when the player is really on his way down or forces a transfer – so don't give them a penny for their players anymore. Kroos and Alaba left on a free, but those were different situations. As Bayern currently listen to offers for Goretzka, you know what that means. He has had a very average campaign to be generous and they look to sell him when his value is still higher than his performances would suggest. I can't see them selling Kimmich, who is also quite versatile.

Kroos didn’t leave on a free.

Where’s the sauce my friend. Give me the sauce.

Yea, this one is pie in the sky stuff. Bayern won't let Kimmich leave.

Pipe dream. Not going to happen when he’s still in his prime. Maybe when he reaches his mid-30’s there’s a fairly good chance of getting him.

  • Do not create threads for players unless you can provide a credible transfer source. If there's no source then you're simply discussing a footballer, so go to the Football Forum instead
