Have boots, will travel.

It's not just signing new players. Commoli will have his work cut out for him finding new clubs for these players.

Surely the big Greek could be kept around for squad depth. Same too with Konchesky/Aurelio and N'gog. None of them would be starters, but could be used as cover.

Aquilani will find a new home quite easily I'd have thought.

Isn't Aquilani now better than sliced bread since his upturn in form at Juve?

Konchesky was farmed out on loan for a reason. Aurelio could stay I suppose. It's immaterial, he never plays. N'gog has just not progressed enough to be good enough for this level. He'll waste away staying here.

Aquilani can find a home easily, but the question is finding one for a proper price. Juve want to keep him, but they are now crying they are skint and want a discount on the pre-agreed fee settled when he went on loan.

Signing a centreback, as is a priority, would move Kyrgiakos down to 5th in the pecking order behind Skretl, Carragher, Agger and the new boy. No point keeping him around for that.

I think he could be a good addition to the side if we want to play 4-3-3. It doesn't look like we will though and he wants to stay in Italy.

I won't mind seeing him here next season, But I expect he will be on his way.

Konchesky can't stay considering the cirumstances. I would have thought Fulham or WBA would pick him up; more his level

Cole will get a club no problem

Aurelio and Aqua man will get clubs in Italy or Spain

N'Gog will end up at QPR or somewhere like that

the rest i dont rate in the slightest

Cole will get a club no problem

This is one of my concerns. He'll likely have to take a substantial paycut to do so. Makes no sense for us to offload him only to keep paying his wages.

I'd love it if all those players were sold from Liverpool. Most of them are worth keeping around considering how much you'd get for them.

Therein lies the challenge. I am sure we could offload them all if we just gave them away on a free.

Quite a few of them are not worth keeping around at all though. Jones, Poulsen, PFK, El Zhar, Degen, Jovanovic and Cole are basically deadweight. And if we sign another centreback, Kyrgiakos joins that list.

I don't really see why any Spanish/Italian clubs would be willing to buy Aurelio considering no one showed much interest when he was available on a free for three months last year.

Well, it looks as if you have solid replacements in the full-back areas anyway. Flanagan and Robinson look handy enough. Plus, Kelly definitely looked the part when he was in the side.

I think Dalglish seems like he wants to give those younger lads a shot rather than go the Benitez route by forking out a few million here and there on full backs, then selling them 1/2 years later when they don't cut it.

As for the midfielders: Aquilani might come back. I haven't been watching him, but I've heard his form has improved since he went to Juve. Poulsen, Jovanovic and El Zhar look hopeless, so you'd be doing well to get rid of them. Joe Cole's wages are astronomical, and teams would be put off by that alone. Never mind the fact that he's been next to useless for a year.

Then again, there's always Harry Redknapp....

I can give you £1m for Jones, £1m for Degen, £500k for Kyrgiakos, £4m for Cole, £12m for Aquilani, £3m for Jovanovic, £5m for Ngog, £2m for Aurelio, £1.5m for Konchesky, £3m for Poulsen, £200k for El Zhar.

It's some collection of crap Liverpool have amassed, you have to say

But then I think that every other season. The last few managers haven't half spent badly at times

I dont think it will be hard to find homes for any of them. Just depends on how much cash he wants

I don't think he is going to sell all of them. They had very good young players coming through their academy and these a few of these experienced players to help them out maybe.

They'll be able to sell the lot as long as they don't ask for too much money, especially as a lot of them are already out on loan.

I think the most difficult part of this is getting the players to agree to getting an inevitable pay cut at their new club so they actually leave. I believe this was a problem for a while with Babel.
