You mancs should buy him, just the type of CB you need..

Chelsea are in financial trouble like Leeds, but he hasn't got the same profile as Rio so wouldn't cost a fortune
 
Played all right a while back there but i dont rate him, plus AEBM told most of the story.

We already have a lot of young talented CB. I think it should be YOU who should buy him. You are short in cover for CB.

Thats a very good comment and I was always saying and hoping we'd go for him after his performance against us at Old Trafford but it looks like Ferdinands on his way now, although it'd piss Leeds off having fecked up there pre-season plans and nick Chelseas best prospect thus pissing them off aswell ;)

babbel is a more accomplished CB than any you list there, while xavier and carragher can also play (and have earned caps) there. wright, biscan and traore are three other options (maybe even diarra), and believe it ot not, gerrard can also fill in there. so, we're probably not as bad off as you think, but then again, you're probably not as dumb as your alter-ego...but i could be wrong.

Xavier and Carragher are pathetic defnders imo. Spurs and Leverkusen proved that. Biscan and Babbel are the only others worth rating imo in terms of center backs. Yet for some reason biscan can't get a kick. Wright is good to but I doubt he plays in the center like Babbel does.
