When people finish singing happy birthday to him, they say "Time to blow, Jobe".
 
Very likely not. It's normally the case that the younger brother ends up alright but not as good
 
He wasn't anything special last season, he's supposedly very talented so will be interesting to see how he gets on.

Gary was better than Phil Neville.
Eric was better than Joel Cantona
Rio better than Anton Ferdinand.
Michael better than Brian Laudrup

Here are some where younger was better than older:
John Terry better than Paul Terry
Yaya better than Kolo Toure
Ronald better than Erwin Koeman
Ray better than Graham Wilkins
Paul Pogba better than his older brother whose name I don't know.

To summarize, I don't think it makes a difference, I can see downsides and benefits to both.

Normally the younger brother have better conditions because they are competing against older siblings.

One of my kids has a definitive reference book on this - "Football School - Where Football Explains the World" - and apparently the answer is that pro footballers are slightly more likely to be younger siblings.

Some more older brothers being better: Diego Milito, Benteke, Kroos, Ayew, Lukaku, Thiago, Abraham, Khedira, Aubameyang, Batshuayi, Sneijder, Lovren, Gotze, Lloris, Insigne, Milinkovic-Savic, Varane, Evans.

Some more younger being better: Boateng, Alonso, Cannavaro, Donnarumma, Martial, Xhaka, Mac Allister, Amrabat, McGinn.

Forgetting that Jude is his brother and treating Jobe as a player in his own right, I think he’ll end up a premier league player next season unless he goes abroad.

I think he’s far too talented for the championship. Wouldn’t be surprised if they try to sniff a Dortmund move though.
 
It's not whether a player is older or younger, but that an already incredibly talented player is surpassed by another sibling. It's more hindsight, but that's because you only notice the sibling once the talented player comes along. In the case of Jude, he's that player so it's very unlikely his younger brother surpasses him. Same with Hazard. In the case of Pogba, nobody cared about the siblings until the actual talented one came through.

Hazards brother was getting minutes in a Belgium team that had a lot of talent imo.
 
Andy Cole was already long established before his brothers Ashley and Joe took the premier league by storm.

And also let’s not forget Ronaldo ended up being greater than Ronaldo.
