yeah he's quite good, not the best i've seen, but definitely worth shelling out a few quid to see.

Haven't seen him life but I've got some of his shows on DVD and he's amazing. Quick, clever one-liners. Original ideas (I hadn't seen those T-shirts or personal ads being used in a stand up show before). And interaction with the audience to show he's not just a comedian who prepares his show, delivers it and leaves...there's a bit of spontanaity involved.
i think he is well funny. I remember he used to do a show called your face or mine on channel 4 which was pants. Gave one of his standups a go and thought he was hilarious
Saw him live the other year, very funny.
See him live too,very funny non stop jokes and good interaction with the crowd i.e taking the piss.
I liked the one where he used to give electric shocks and that to the contestants. Distraction?
Aye, I'd agree. It was a good night that...we had our own tribute to Georgie as well afterwards.
saw carr live twice a year apart,last time june 07. Both times exactly the same and absolute shit ( only went 2nd time cos i went with someone who wanted to see him ) . 14 yr olds and under would probably be amused , playground stuff , half the show involves inviting the audience to effectively be the show which means knob,wank, and pussy talk , brain dead stuff. Well, that's my opinion anyway.
