in all honesty... litmanen is a great player. while unlikely as a realistic target, he is a great link up man, similar to a teddy type role... could link up well with ruud.

Could be the perfect link player, would cost nothing and would flourish at a club that enjoys passing football rather than the long ball stuff he was used to at Liverpool.

i agree, he could do great things at your club...but, unlike leeds, we are interested in strengthening our rivals. houllier (unfortunately) will let him rot on the bench while he picks up his 50K a week, before going back to ajax or maybe celtic next year.
