telling that even the city fan couldn’t be bothered to boo him.
Rashford has gone the same way, Greenwood’s issues, I’d say we’ve been pretty unlucky yes.Have we? There are very few players who go from hard working fighters to lazy flans. Sanchos temperament was known. You don't buy players for a huge sum of money with question marks over their attitudes and behaviour. This is why.
Terrible scouting and decision making more like.Seriously, who would have thought that this was going to happen, looked like we were signing a player that was going to be one of our stars for years to come.
We really have been unlucky with the mental side of some of our players.
I’m talking more Sancho, Rashford for downing tools and not being able to handle being a professional footballer and Greenwood’s obvious issues. Pogba is another that comes to mind and Lingaard. They all went the wrong way for one reason or another.Terrible scouting and decision making more like.
Initially I think they were right?telling that even the city fan couldn’t be bothered to boo him.
I think that having a terrible football structure contributed. Giving young players insanely costly contracts, well above what other clubs would pay. Protecting book value rather than selling and being more ruthless. Sancho was paid a small fortune. As were others. I don't blame players for thinking they made it.I’m talking more Sancho, Rashford for downing tools and not being able to handle being a professional footballer and Greenwood’s obvious issues. I’m sure I remember Ole starting him from the bench quite often and he didn’t go straight into the team for an extended run. I always thought that was a bit odd for a 70 million signing or whatever it was. Donny VdB was the same (in fact we really bought some average or useless players under Ole didn’t we)Terrible scouting and decision making more like.
I heard him described as a cage footballer on tv today, can’t think of a less fitting description.Sancho summed up.
Khusanov on a yellow, 50/50 ball and Sancho slows and lets him slide it out for a throw in. If he commits to the challenge he has a chance to win the ball and be 1 on 1 with the keeper or if Khusanov makes contact potentially a second yellow and they are 1-0 up against 10 men but no, he settles for a throw in. No stomach for the fight at all.
If Chelsea finish above 14thWe actually get a fee for this poser after the season right?
Maybe that's why we are occupying 13/14th place to ensure Chelsea finishes above usIf Chelsea finish above 14th

Yeh forgot about him, Pogba as well didn’t fulfil his talent with us, too concerned with other things and Lingard just went down hill when he brought out his clothing range iirc.Morrison another player who wasted an unbelievable talent. Arguably the most talented of the lot. We’ve definitely been cursed with phenomenal players lacking it between the ears.
This is what I was thinking earlier, I can see it either being retirement or him turning up at random French/Turkish clubs as he agesHas absolutely no fight or fighting spirit in him. Something seems to have gone out with him and I doubt it's ever coming back. Perhaps he's loaded to the point he doesn't care anymore, but it seems to be more than that to me.
Once his massive contract is up, he'll struggle to get £60k a week from anyone. He'll either play in very low level leagues or quit the game. The question at the minute is whether he can make it to 30 before doing so.
Probably make a profit too the wankersThat was a horrendous performance. I will again say in a season or two they will look to sell him and upgrade.
Not at this rate. Also, his wages are too high. Unless some crazy Saudi bid happens, can't see a European club even paying 20m for this.Probably make a profit too the wankers
Probably there's been some bad luck (especially with Greenwood for example) but also club not buying players with the right profile. Think Fergie and David Gill did much better job back in the day when it comes to that (and most of other stuff obviously).Seriously, who would have thought that this was going to happen, looked like we were signing a player that was going to be one of our stars for years to come.

Too much money came too him too easily and too young. That's what the genuine top players overcome and they remain hungry regardless of what's in their bank account.Sancho summed up.

£20-25m.Are we getting money at the end of the season for sancho of Chelsea? If so how much is it?
Was there a fee for the loan on top of that?£20-25m.
There isn't a single part of me that misses him or wishes that he was still at our club. He's the type of player that you can imagine dropping down the leagues or even country/league-hopping. A year in Italy, 2 in the Greek leagues, 3 playing in Shanghai, etc. If he can be bothered. Depends when the PlayStation 6 is out.
Agreed. That’s a lot of wage of the books also. Just by getting the bad eggs out of the dressing room it will instantly improve us and the culture of the squad.Remember all the noobs crying after he had his first assist at Chelsea? Thank god he's gone, next one is Rashford hopefully
We paid him a king's ransom. He thought he didn't have to do anything else. That's my guess. There are players who are always looking to improve and to be the best. Sancho isn't one of them.wonder how these footballers get this far and give up

No. And in fact United are subsidising a large portion of his wages. Was there a fee for the loan on top of that?
How much will he be on when he moves to Chelsea in the summer? I’m assuming they have already agreed a contract
50 million, based on my memory. How much will he be on when he moves to Chelsea in the summer? I’m assuming they have already agreed a contract
Not sure. Pretty sure Chelsea are contributing £100k a week towards his wages though. Was there a fee for the loan on top of that?
