You can get emulators on psp? That is mega.
That sounds cool. Though I thought Iron Man was where you trained to be a blacksmith.
With custom firmware, yes. But it plays PS1 games anyway.
This is going to sound really stupid (because it is), but how can it play ps1 games exactly?
You download them from the store!
All those Final Fantasies on the move, get your cock out.
If you can't run custom firmware, sorry, that's the only method.
How easy would it be to hack my psp its quite an old one bought it late 2005 i think, also once its hacked can you still get internet acces on it and can you play the games downloaded from the psn store?
No, PSP2. I have no proof of this, I can't give you a link, but it will rather be PS2P. Obviously I'm speculating, but they are in the next few months, I'd guess CES in early 2011 going to show an expanded PS2 (enhancements to the GS to allow for programmable shaders) in the PSP form factor, no optical drive, all PS2 games downloadable from the store only. They basically launch a new portable system with the largest and greatest games library that any console ever had, day 1. It will run PS2 stuff that you download, and it will also probably run Android.
Never, ever, ever, quote me on this.

It's not complex at all, and it works basically fine for the most part.
at the 'unquotable' scenario described by Weaste.
If you like having games you can play in short sessions (just to kill a few minutes here and there), and if you're not absolutely allergic to whimsical cuteness, I'd recommend LocoRoco and LocoRoco 2.
I love them, but they're truly 'Marmite' games. If you hate the graphics and the music I guess they're insufferable.
One problem I have now. Since I connected my psp up to my psn account, I can't sign in with my ps3 properly. It works for 30 secs then just signs it's self out again.
Could be coincidence but has anyone heard of psp causing ps3 network issues?
hmm, you don't see anyone making a thread complaining about it, do you?![]()

According to a report on French site PSPGen, Sony has informed those in the relevant communities that come November 15, they won't be able to order development kits for the handheld any more. Wonder why that would be?
The news reportedly comes via a message Sony Computer Entertainment sent to PSP developers, part of which read:
SCEE will no longer be selling the PSP Development Tool (DTP-T2000A) or Testing Tool (DTP-H2500A) past November 15th. Please order in advance if you require these development units.
We will advise you when a new model becomes available.
Now, if this is correct, it could just mean that new models of the current PSP's development kits are on the way. That's one scenario. The other, of course, is that dev kits for the existing models of the PSP won't be needed when Sony begins sending out those for a new PSP.
You know. The one that still hasn't been officially mentioned yet.
We've asked Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to confirm the message, and will update if we hear back.
