Before any scouse cnut come on here moaning that they didn't lose to Basel, I'd just like to point out the key reason why you lot aren't in the second round of the CL is because unlike you, Basel actually managed to draw at home against Valencia. So you needed to beat Basel and you didn't.

Whilst in the same situation we have actually managed to beat them 3-1.

I bet it doesn't matter. Winning the second rate title in Europe is more important than mixing it up with the top 16 in Europe anyway, according to your players.
