...i remember hearing that uefa wanted to scrap it last year, and i'm just wondering if they've gone through with it or not? will the changes be implemented this year? for example, if extra time was required in your CL qualifying tie, would it be a full 30 minutes followed by a shootout, or would the first team to score in the extra time automatically go through?
