well is our little crying argie a waste of time?? christ yes. two games of quality the rest of his appearances were as good as mal donaghy!!! shite complete and utter shite. sell the wanna be italian back to em and get our money back. there was a money back guarantee on his arse wasnt there?? hes about as good as the food at marks and spencers and the farts from my arse.

He played brilliant in his first two months.
Beckham performed for us only from February -April.
Scholes didnt perform until after Christmas.
Micke Silvestre didnt perform until after xmas.

I could go on.

Veron was one of many players who underperformed for long periods last season. That he cost 25 mill doesnt matter. Bex & Scholes are both of the same value.

I myself have been guilty of criticising Veron, but I do remember he started with a bang, winning player of the month and all that. Also, that Scholes, Beckham and Giggs only played well in spurts.

Veron should be given the whole of next season at least to prove himself. I'm sure he'll pull through this.

Maybe the press will give it a rest and look for new targets now that Ingerlund have beaten the Argies.

Come on Veron, do a Pirez and prove your critics wrong.
