I play fruit ninja a lot. It's a 'can you outscore yourself' type of game (like doodlejump) - and I find it highly addictive.
Fragger's another excellent game (similar but better than Angry Birds IMO)

Gravity Guy is quite good, if a little hard.
Crush the Castle was another good one too.
10 Pin Shuffle is quality.
