That I'm having this evening. I don't know why, but FireFox decided to update itself, but whenever I post or go to a forum page, it's always one step behind. It's very very strange. I've cleared caches and done allsorts apart from try with IE. We'll see, it's probably this update that Firefox did.

No, it wasn't just Firefox. For about 5 minutes, with the IE today, I had to constantly refresh the forum sites. Everything else worked fine.
