saw this flick last night for the 1st time in ages. can't believe it's 17 yrs ago already since it came out.

what amazing performances by Daniel Day Lewis and Pete Postlethwaite (sp?).

overall the casting was excellent. the English police chief, the rank and file police working on getting confessions out of those lads. brilliant stuff.

any of the Irish lads remember this one?
