We’ve all had an opinion on Gareth and how he has handled being the manager of England.

Where does he go from here?
Is it down to the lake I fear?

If you were him and you won the final, do you retire on a high?

Sign a New England contract and hope for a World Cup

Or maybe take over from Sloth at Liverpool when they are lower than 12th at Xmas?

Personally, I’d stay with or retire from International football as surely the only way is down?

I'd just stay in the England job, he'll get another 2 years at least and provided he doesn't crash out in the group stages in 2026 he probably won't get sacked

If I was advising him I would tell him to walk off in to the sunset win or lose. If I was him I'd probably not be able to resist another crack at the World Cup.

Leave and go manage Jamaica or Trinindad or Fiji, something like that

he should open up a pub that only serves half pints, and cuts you off after you’ve had one, just in case you’re driving.

I would leave and take a senior job within the FA and just wait for my record to be romanticized when future teams struggle to match my success.

I'd play Ollie Watkins up front from the start.
