I think you'll find that the money we received for the players going out would maybe only be enough to purchase one of the "in" players you mentioned, that player being Mexxes. Is Larry Blanc not going to retire anyway, so no fee would be received. What position would J Cole play, I think the problem with this undoubted skillful player is that no manager has found his ideal position yet. Do you really think Arsenal would sell one of their best players to us (remember Viera) and I think any idea that Carlos would play in England is wishful thinking. I think if we are going to open up discussions on possible new players then we need to be realistic.
