For those using IE8, there are issues using the method described in that the 'insert image' button doesn't work.

This means it is necessary to type in

around the image address.

Would it be possible to have a 'Wrap IMG tags around selected text' button added?

Would make posting images that much less hassle.

These are the only things I could find...

Alt+s = save settings (control panel)

Alt+1 = forum home
Alt+2 = new posts
Alt+3 = toggles print view
Alt+4 = search
Alt+5 = faq

message editor window shortcuts:

Ctrl+b = bold
Ctrl+i = italics
Ctrl+u = underline

Alt+p = preview message
Alt+s = submit message

There is an add-on for firefox, it will put image tags on it the moment you copy it. Handy, you can also do like 10 at a time.

I don't think this is an issue on Firefox, the 'Insert Image' button works on that, the issue is with IE8.

So, am I to understand that the forum powers that be do not think this is worth doing, is this becasue it is difficult to code or something?

There is plenty of room to put a button in, unless it is difficult to do, what is the reason we can not have it?
