What should it say?

Was thinking one stating facts:

10 defeats
Least goals scored since 1988
10 matches without a goal
24 goalless first halves
No CL
£250m spent
Philosophy

Or maybe just

Leave
Vanish
Go

Good on you, speaking your mind like that. I'd go with the first one, as it's very stats-y and specific; I like that. I hope you go through with this and we can see you.

The board and LvG knows exactly well how bad this season was and how the fans feel. Also i believe it's Van Gaal's last game at OT so might as well give the man a respectful sendoff.

He's gone at the end of the season don't worry about that for a minute.
 
Hopefully your sign doesn't end with a pointless period like your thread title does.

Well if you're making a sign there's a couple of rules you need to observe:

  1. Grammatically incorrect
  2. Text must start large and get progressively smaller
  3. Write slanted
  4. Crudely cut recycled cardboard only
  5. Sign cannot be made until 5 minutes before leaving for the ground
  6. Pen must be running out
  7. Hold upside down
Follows these simple steps and your protest will be a success.
 
I'd stick to something that the owners would care about - not getting your money. How about:

"If Van Gaal doesn't go, I'm giving serious thought to not buying the socks for the new away kit."
 
"Hey Louis, does your wife know you are fecking us?"
 
No paedophile or rape jokes before anyone thinks of posting one. Should go without saying really but have to post it as I know what some are like.

Or make it out of some board and go with "Board."
 
Signs are so old school, it's all about getting a plane.

honestly, a sign like what you're suggesting has a good chance of getting on TV and making a point over silly things. will it make a difference, who knows, but no harm in my opinion.

ps. shove in "out of Europe" as that has a political twist to it which will get prime time viewing as it can be taken two ways
