Things have gone tits up at Malaga for next season. Surely many of their players will be up for grabs at good prices at the end of the season.

What about this fellow to United?

He was a 'wonderkid' a few years back and now he seems to be fulfilling his potential. He is a defensive midfielder who makes a lot of tackles and stuff, just what we need.

Are there any La Liga buffs who have been tracking his progress?

I knew him from his time at Atletico but can't say i know all that much about him other than that really. Just wanted to say it's Camacho, not Camucho.

Not an AM at all. Came to my attention for one of the young Spanish international sides with Azpilecueta. They were easily the two standout players for their country and the tournament may have been Toulon or something.

He didnt get much of a chance at Malaga until this season, but he's a great ball winner and actually wins the ball more than Toulalon beside him which is very impressive. He's a decent passer but its not his strong suit.

I'm fairly certain I once played him as a 15 year old for Atletico on a old FM game, never seen much of him since though.

Well, he's currently the 4th highest rated La Liga player on WhoScored.com which is quite impressive for a mainly defensive player.

On a sidenote: Messi reigns supreme, 9.01 avg. rating for the league season so far  no-one else above 8.

Surprised nobody has mentioned that he gave the ball away tonight for one of Madrid's goals. Ozil was closing down from behind him and intercepted his pass back, so maybe Camacho needs to improve his awareness when hes on the ball.
