I want to laugh

It's not one of those silly comedies we get these days is it where something gross or unfunny is supposedly funny?

I like the look of Role Models.

Whenever I google Super, some weird Tamil websites come up. Odd.

Four Lions or a random episode of Sunny in Philadelphia.

I must to admit to crying with laughter at those Between Two Fern videos.

I think he died.

Well I haven't laughed yet so you're all useless.

Actually I am because I haven't gotten down to watching the movies.

Lance wins, though, as it's his movie I've downloaded but since he's dead I'll accept his prize.

Superbad

Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Mila Kunis is phenomenal in this

Really? It seemed extremely bland when I saw parts of it on TV. Typical hollywood 'comedy' which is more situational rather than genuine comedy.

there really is a lack of decent comedies these days

think we were overwhelmed by the series of will ferrell, adam sandler, ben stiller and owen wilson movies

if you havent seen them tho Anchorman, Zoolander, Bruno/Borat are very funny

Ben Stiller's an idiot. His brand of comedy is that one stupid face he makes.

Owen Wilson is annoying as well.

Will Ferrell is the worst. I can't watch anything that he is in.

I only mildly like Adam Sandler out of that lot but that's largely because he had some fun movies when I was growing up (fun for someone my age at the time). Most of those guys are not even genuinely funny.

'Oh my god, a Dog bit my crotch! Laughhhh!'

I've only enjoyed 1 Adam Sandler "comedy" in at least 10 years and that was funny people. Even that was about 30 minutes too long and got a bit tedious in places.

Edit> Did I mention Old School?

Yeah, as I said, I was a kid so that stuff was funny to me. Not seen much of his newer movies.

Happy Gilmore?

Well, I like Billy Maddison, Happy Gilmore, and The Wedding Singer.
I mildly enjoyed Shakes The Clown, but that was due to the weird factor more than anything.

Top Secret starring Val Kilmer.

It's an oldie but is by far one of the funniest films ever. It was one of the first films using the Police Story/Airplane/Hot Shots kind of humour.

I highly recommend you give it a go.
