I think this has been a topic before but I don´t really care. I want to know who you hate the most? I do think that red Mancs hate city or scum the most but to me it´s no contest:

I don't really how you can "hate" anybody over a game. I have plenty of mates that support other teams but besides the usual knocking and fun making when we whoop them, it doesn't go much further than that.

IMHO it's the "hating" part that really fecks this game up. It's what makes supporters riot in the stands and hurl racist abuse at the players.

Does anyone agree? Or do hating other teams really go with the deal? Or am I treading into dangerous territory here? <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

i'd have to say i'm with roxyfella on this one. i want to see us beat and finish higher than our rivals, but i don't think i "hate" them per say..

I have to be honest and say that i hate Liverpool & Rangers and the very sight of them makes my skin crawl.

I don't really hate opposing fans its just certain players and Managers(Wenger anyone)that get to me.

I'd like to know WHY you hate Liverpool.

Obviously, Liverpool - Man Utd is the biggest rivalry in English football, but Liverpool are not really hateable, are they??

I would say that our players and manager are NOT arrogant, cocky or egotistical.

And as fans we will banter with you, but we're not cruel, ignorant or sulky.

So why do you hate us?? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Although i love to see city lose i hope they are in the premiership because the atmosphere on derby day it unbelievable. A lot is said about the rivalry with Liverpool but nothing beats the feeling when we go to Maine Road and win.

But we're not. Have you ever heard Ged or the players coming out with statements like,

"we'll go the whole season unbeaten"

or

"we're the best team in the league"

Like Wenger.

And as fans we get along with everyone except man Utd and Everton and even our Merseyside derby is known as the friendliest in the PL!

My experience of the friendly Liverpool fans was when they stood on bridges over the motorway bombarding our coaches with rocks and we had to get on the floor to try and avoid injury, and spent the journey home minus a windscreen.
