My soul's got me bangin' in goals like Paul Schole
Anyone? I found a great one with Ruud, Rooney, and Ronaldo (I'll post the link in about ten hours - 1300 GMT), but want more of those, plus:

Solskjaer
Scholes
Giggs
Cantona
Becks, and other Devils from the last decade

Also, I want other great goals from great footballers

Ronaldinho
Henry
Sheva
Adriano, etc, etc

Google videos.

There's a fire-fox plug in which lets you download the AVI version of the videos.

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/13428/author/

That's the extension.

You'll get a small icon on the bottom right of the status bar. Click on it when you're ont he google video page and it'll give you links to 4 different formats of the video, one of which is AVI.

The quality is also better after downloading it.

Got the plugin, installed it (through OPEN FILE on Firefox's File menu), and downloaded a few vids. They don't play on WM or Quickplay... thoughts? I have XP Media Center edition, W Media Player 9.0 - then updated to WMP 10, DivX, and everything I should have in order to play .AVI files. Still, I'm being told that "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found."

Thoughts? You've gotten me this far, help me get the ball into the net now, please!!!

Isn't there some kind of video converter you could get to change the avi's into wmv's? I was looking last night for a couple of minutes because I wanted to change an flv into a wmv, but couldn't be arsed after about 10 mins. I'm sure there are some free ones out there.

Sorry, I was not in city for the last 4 days.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/

Download media player classic, that's what I use to play these files. It supplies the neccessary codecs on its own.

Alternatively, if you really want to play it using windows media player, get GSPOT from google[it outputs the codecs used by the specified file] and you can get the codecs and might be able to play the file.

I'm not very sure.

Using Media Player Classic works just fine for me. It's not a huge file, it's less than 1MB.

To convert avi to wmv or mpeg format then go to www.isohunt.com and search the torrents for a program called "winavi".

Find one with the keygen/crack and dowload it.

It does the job perfectly and doesnt lose any of the quality either.

For football videos go to google and type "maxxed"

That will bring up a site with a forum etc and you can download or request files.
