Strange it is... I hardly ever use them as there sooooo cliche (wink, wink)
Perhaps there is a financial situation and with the petrol price increases it costs more to manufacture and ship smilies (I'm guess there all made in bloody china) and this option has been removed from those who are obviously a more superior and intelligent poster.
