Indeed. I didn't even know of him until a few weeks ago when I accidentally stumbled upon Take Me To Church on Spotify and instantly became a fan. Fantastic song.

I met him in Sweeney's in Dublin before he played EP. Lovely bloke and had plenty of time for everyone. His music is great.

He's big here as well. A shame I won't be attending Airwaves. He'll be playing.

Discovered him on Spotify few weeks ago, never really heard of him but i like the 'work song' I've had that on repeat a lot, and 'Take me to church' & Angel of small death are good too.

They kept repeatedly playing a small part of 'Take Me To Church' at Reading this year. I was desperate to hear the whole feckin' thing i liked it that much!

Incredible ascent . Fair play. Seems like a sound man. Has some serious soul.

He is excellent. If he keeps churning out tracks of this quality he'll have a huge future. He killed it on SNL in the states recently too.

I've been a fan since his Trinity Orchestra days.

Now where did I leave my hipster beard?

He's very good. Obviously I came across his music while listening to Take Me To Church on the radio, then downloaded the whole album and loved it.

Lots of one hit wonderers have done other good stuff. I'm just pointing out what his legacy probably will be among the mainstream media.
I guess. I'm glad for that kind of thing though, means I can get tickets easier and they don't get over-saturated.

I like a couple of them but haven't given it a proper good listen yet.
Gonna give it a few more listens. Feel like the EP was so good that the album was always gonna be disappointing in comparison.

My friend Sarah played violin on the new album and has some writing credits from what I can gather. Her boyfriend Rory is Hoziers drummer and played on both albums and has toured the world with him. Nice gig for a few Dublin lads : )
He's very good live

I didn’t really enjoy Wasteland, Baby so his new album wasn’t high on my list of priorities.

However, listened to it over the last few days and think its great. Some very good songs on there.
